  1. Full spectrum light bulbs - can they be helpful to remain happy in these grey winter days?

    Thanks for any comments.

  3. 1 - 2 out of 10
    2 - 1 out of 10
    3 - 0 out of 10

Pretty much why I fantasize about living in an RV. I was getting pretty depressed for a while there, so I got a pet cat. That helped a lot. I'm aiming for a 4 in all of these things by August. :)

  4. I feel hungry-whenever- so I eat something -whatever-I feel sleepy . Not suffering from anything . Doctors have not been able to find anything wrong.

Can somebody suggest any trials. ?

    Thanks

  6. Donating blood is a nice gesture. People should also consider becoming organ donors; an easy way to make a big difference in someone's life.

  8. Second that. NLP has been used by great achievers in all kind of fields for many years now.

Applied to trading, it is a useful tool that helps you control your emotions, break your bad behaviour patterns, put you in a positive mind state, etc

Applied to the man's search for happiness, it is priceless.

While Frogs Into Princes is an interesting reading I think it's quite heavy for a first approach and would recommend another bookon NLP, maybe more recent. Plenty of choices there.

  9. Personally, I am not that happy with NLP. I´d rather solve underlying issues first, beforing applying the bandaid (nlp mind tricks).

  10. I'm truly sorry to hear that.

I hope you will find resolution of your issues with the classical psychology school. Just be prepared to spend a few Ks and a few years in the process.

Have you seen a certified nlp practitioner? or do you base your experience on a reading? Just curious.
