If a single architect can't afford to rent an apartment it suggests there is a housing bubble in China that dwarfs the one in the Europe or the US

 

Asians are very creative.

 

China is a big place as you know. Centralised bubble. Wait for the real trickle down effect. Official inflation only what, 9 or 10%.
