There's a very vague clause that intimates this power, but it's completely discretionary at the whim of the 'Czar.' We should have had a mandatory, exclusive 'stock injection plan.' If the taxpayers are going to buy the shit, they should get a proportionate share of the okay and good assets, also, as well as a say on executive compensation and the manner by which the banks are run.
I completely agree. this is the way to solve the situation. the US taxpayer should take control of the banking system. I think it will happen anyway.
