Hi everyone, I am a PHD student on statistics (design of experiments methods). Can anyone help me to begin learning trading. Did anyone have a tutorial (books, videos....) for trading. Thx
Check out the books on our recomended reading list. They are all top notch http://www.puretick.com/reading.html
lol just a few days ago you were trolling for customers on here. see: http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=97472 your messages are all negative and offer the traders no advice or help. Log in to puretick and take the trading challenge. We'll post the results here.
Beware most active day trading firms profit is from the first 3 months of a traders life span. Very few have a revenue model that focuses on retention of traders. If your smart you will study all the true arbitrage opportunities in the market. Then work on using statistics to gage volatility to help with entries and exists. Then pick a broker dealer associated with a good clearing firm to do business with. Happy Trading Greg
Man, so many threads about people asking to learn about trading. I guess those people never heard of GOOGLE.
