I once tried Rolling Rock on tap in a hotel bar... liked it. Bought some in bottles (green ones) when I got home. BLECH! No wonder they call it Pennsylvania Panther Piss! Couldn't even gag it down.
You might like New Belgium Brewery beers... They have about 15-20 varieties, much like Sam Adams. I particularly like Fat Tire, 1554 (dark, but not too heavy) and Sunshine Wheat (seasonal, if I recall). They also have a 7.8% alcohol variety called Trippel.... 7.0%, Abbey.
Lol ... Scrap bar, NYC - 1980's to 1990's. The draft beer could bring down an elephant with the worst four day hangover. Ahhh the fun

Chiodo said a really bitter beer might measure about 80 on the brewer's bitterness scale. Alpha-fornication clocks in at 2,500. The beer is named for the alpha acids that make hops bitter. $45/bottle. "It's a movement -- a movement to showcase the craft and how complex and versatile beer can actually be," Chioda said.
Since this is in the politics and religion forum, I'm going to assume it's a religion question and say I'd go with "Three Floyds Alpha King." That's a beer I can believe in. On the other hand, if it's a political question, then I'm voting for Three Floyds Alpha King for president. Honest to the core.
