I agree, it's a major difference when you go from eating the crap loaded with hormones and pesticides, etc to organic. Like night and day. It tastes better, and it makes you feel better. I am with you, I think it's critical to make the change.
For anyone who wants to gain a better understanding of the above debate, I highly recommend T. Colin Campbell's The China Study. A very rigorous attempt to get at the bottom of the whole meat/protein question with some very interesting research about animal protein and chronic disease. http://www.amazon.com/China-Study-C...bs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1203363926&sr=8-1
based on your very stupid recalcitrant replies here.. i would NEVER in a million years take any trading advice from you thats how stupid you are
Recalcitrant? To your statement that ALL plants are EAA-complete? Nothing worse than an uninformed vegan with man-cans and bad taste in music.
has much less to do with 'hormones' and lot more to do with saturated fat, calorie density, and little nutrition per calorie..
Now now Skippy. Just because the majority of us eat meat doesn't mean we eat junk. Ever hear of organic beef, no hormones, etc...? Naaah didn't think so.
