Go to one of the archives. Start with paltalk, go to meeting, and skype. You can find both tapes (audio), corresponding charts and transcriptions for paltalk. That will enable you to take notes on the transcriptions of the calls you are listneing to. Daily nowadays you can review the transcripts of the chatroom. There you get to review an assortment of people doing both stocks and the ES. The recent videos require about 700 megs per 2 hours to download. At this point people use portable harddrives since this stuff is much larger than CD's allow. Here you can take whole trading days and run through them to critical points and review those. the first meeting of IBD MeetUp in Tucson, I will do live three days of ES trading at the trae of about 40 minutes per day. several people record (vidoes) each day at this point. The recordings are done on several levels of expertese. They make good practise vidoes for review when the people gather for the 4 day sessions quarterly. Your wish has been granted. You presently are generating a real load of biochemicals even when you are just trying to observe and get behind in the conversations. I think, as taz has stated, that people who will not be able to do the work , get even more fearful, anxious, and angry. It is tough to chuck an opportunity but sometimes it is worth it. We will be changing lot size in about April in ET forum. The group I debrief with now in Tucson are under two constraints: they MUST add all profits as additional contracts and they MUST sweep on Fridays to keep Mondays account at 54 contracts for start. They are using the 6 levels of money velocity to set the contract levels. See the three charts on the levels. The mental stamina can be an issue. as the forum progresses we will be seeing some "sufficiency discussion and in the NLP thread just started I am going to add another fork to the road which will show how what you and I do (generally) does not have the long half life bio chemicals associated with it. The guys I debrief with are hitting the gym without exception daily and they hit the slopes on the weekends. I have to say that at some point when the sports memory kicks in it is like biking down hill compared to the working uphill to get there. the multitimes frames are embedded in the 5 min ES, the 2 min YM and all the fine high rep displays of the leading indicators. We do look at the tick residence periods for each tick pair on the ES only. the right to left twin screen sweep rep rate for me is very different than the debrief guys. Use the delta of energy difference as a measure of non cellular content only. this week was a little active compared to most. going through 100% margin in the AM and pullindg as musch in the PM is a demanding thing. When you go to "sufficiency" (this is when you have support, and comfort bagged) when the confidence is getting past the knee of the curve, the attention characterisitic seems to be one of periodic inattention as you actually go on automatic (riding the bike for the first times). Gradually it seems as though you are just driving to the shooping center on a wll worn path. One of this weeks debriefing chores (drills was to rum the tick charet right to left as you run up the print with your finger. The snesing drill is to see whether you are running before or after optimum and it there is a difference in the bias on peaks and troughs. Reversal trading begins for people when they see that the exit is an entry. As they do reversals with this understanding, they tend to be early or late. So the drill is to correct this bias as a debriefing. we started drill on tuesday and by yesterday (thursady) everyone knew what they were doing and when they were doing it. When is associated with the combo of market sentiment and pace. as a tradser habitually connects sntiment. pace and turn timing of reversals he gets to see how fast his contract level and his friday sweeps grow. You can run up form 54 on Monday at a quite regular rate. throwing the "add contract every 40 points" into the pic is a neat thing. LOL, first time checking back on this thread after a couple days. I see nothing has changed On a serious note, I did not make 1.75ish times the daily range today, and I certainly didnt net out $33,000 and change today. I also did not draw any channels, nor do they work for that matter. There is absolutely no way to see volume leading price, I certainly never use this as a means to finding the right side of the market. I mean, how can it, right? Impossible. Trader666 backtested and he is the smartest guy on ET. I suggest Hypostomus, and T666, Virgin and the whole crew start up a cyber "high 5" because their way is the right way and there is no way anyone else can possibly make money with channels, PV and the lot.
