I have a question regarding how a stock gets re-listed from Bulletin Board to the major exchanges, how, why, requirements, etc I am looking at UALAQ (United Airlines) and it is currently BB. If this airline actually does recover I would speculate that the stock should continue to rise. If it gets re-listed to major exchanges that would probably allow more investors (mutual funds, hedge funds, etc) correct? any info appreciated
