I don’t know much about the gubernatorial candidates from either party and I’m not trying to comment on who is going to win, just Florida is politically pumped up this year. Look at the growth in turnout numbers on both sides: That’s a major increase in turnout...
A new Public Policy Polling (D) survey finds Andrew Gillum (D) leading Rep. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) by 5 points in the race for Florida governor, 48% to 43%.
“Rep. Ron DeSantis (R-FL), a gubernatorial nominee who recently was accused of using racially tinged language, spoke four times at conferences organized by a conservative activist who has said that African Americans owe their freedom to white people and that the country’s ‘only serious race war’ is against whites,” the Washington Post reports. Said DeSantis in a 2015 video: “I just want to say what an honor it’s been to be here to speak… I’ve been to these conferences in the past but I’ve been a big admirer of an organization that shoots straight, tells the American people the truth and is standing up for the right thing.”

Heh, do you clowns even know anything about Gillum? Meanwhile, howz that FBI investigation of Gillum coming along, or does your Media Matters collection of links that you get every morning not cover that. For DeSantis to have Gillum as an opponent is a dream come true. The guy is to the left of che guevera and alexandra O'commie-o. The dems will pick up more votes this time than in the past because so many Puerto Ricans have escaped to Florida and corruption is not an issue for them and they like the free stuff that Gillum offers. Nevertheless. Not going to be enough to get him elected. https://www.politico.com/states/flo...ubernatorial-nominee-faces-tough-climb-586239 https://www.tampabay.com/florida-po...o-they-were-very-interested-in-andrew-gillum/
