Hey there - Just wondering about the overall level of success some of you are finding with basket trading. I'm looking to implement a basket trading strategy to correspond with general market moves and to be able to get into greater size - 10,000+ shares, etc. Right now, I tend to just buy all the brokers when the DOW is rallying, but my primary strategy is still to trade retracements on expensive oil stocks. So, I have very little real experience with basket trading. Any advice (specific or non-specific) would be much appreciated. If there's a carrot in all of this, I'm working with a math PHd candidate at Columbia who's offered his assistance in developing this strategy - so, if you're an EXPERIENCED trader who's profited from Basket trading, but is looking for a more consistent, and high-probability strategy, then send me a private message and we'll go from there.
