I am looking to build a screen that spits out stocks that are in basing patterns. I am a day trader, so I am looking to catch breakouts the moment they occur. I have had some success in trading this strategy, although I have to sort through a lot of unneccessary charts to find one's that I feel have the probabalistic edge. Basically, I want a screen to save a little time and narrow down charts more efficiently. I am thinking of bases anywhere from 7 days to 7 weeks. Anything you guys could do to help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
I forgot the name of Threei's website but they have a scanner setup for this and a couple of other things I believe.
