We just had a better than expected 1Q German GDP, but the markets doesn't care. I suppose focus is on the US numbers later today (12,30 GMT), but which of the numbers are the most important? Jobless claims or retail sales?
Well, Intermoney are paying attention to PPI, Producer Price Index, because of inflation fear. Expects 0,4 and 0,2 ex-food and energy. www.intermoney.com
Another good economic website: www.dismal.com The only problem is that you have to pay to read the articles. But you can see the headlines (and the calander) free.
But this one is a no-pay one, where you also can get daily calls by Yahoo Messenger and a free forex course: www.eurusdtrader.com
Well, Barron's also says that PPI is the most important data today because of the higher prices for metals and energy. I think Barron's Economic Calender is the best of all - and its free. But it only mentions US reports.
