  4. Hi again,

Yes, I tried nearly all time periods and EMAs - but I found that 50 worked best.
PS. Do you trade a system?

  5. izeickl,

Thank you. Yes, the system had a fine day, but we want all the pips, don't we?

  6. The system has made a sell signal in GBP/USD, which now has made a nice 80 pips profit. (RSI was also OK).
But I did'nt take the trade. Why not? Because I was sleeping! I can't trade it 24 hours a day. Maybe I should have a robot trading it for me?

  7. How do you define what is a long-term system?

  8. Hi OddTrader,

Well, maybe this system is not so long-term. There are many daily signals in GBP/USD. But I suppose when you use a 30 min time frame it is not short-term?

  9. There had also been a signal in EUR/USD - but I was away from the screen.
It's a problem with systems that you need to be before the screen 24 hours to trade on the signals. I wish I had a robot to do that!

  10. Don't worry about that. The markets will always be there when you want to work. Be sure to work at least one of the big periods though (Europe or US). US better imo. I've tried doing the 24 hr thing in the past. It'll just fry ya.

If you do well enough, you can hire someone else to trade it when you aren't around. It looks pretty mechanical.
