Your likely right, except a refit would probably cost 6 mill-very wealthy folk are notorious for APPALLING taste, i'd bet the tradesman would laugh up a storm at some of these gigs. "They want what? you mean fitted in that room? Bwahahaha, ok. Tell 'em that'll be, oh, $50k for the fittings yep, hehehehe. Were going to europe for holidays this year, kids."
