north korea has been sabre rattling for a long time now. you cant exactly lay that at bush's feet. and bin laden was actually dead if clinton would have acted. the fact that 9/11 happen was less a testament to bush (who had only recently been elected) and more a testament to decades of us foreign policy AND a miscalculation on bin laden's part that GWB would be a push over. as for iran, i think you can safely lay that at bush's feet, as he was the one who removed both of iran's enemies. but no one doubted the us had strong leadership in ANY case. they do now.
