    False.

It is a crime to obstruct an investigation; whether a crime as been committed or not. It is also a crime to endeavor to obstruct an investigation.

It's telling and conspicuous that you don't use the word justice in your posting.

Watched some of the testimony today.

You could sense the fear, frustration and anger of the democrats at the reality of new investigations initiated by AG Barr. He was very clear that multiple investigations have been opened into spying on the Trump campaign. Barr is about to call down the thunder on democrats and they know it.

There simply is no collusion or obstruction and the AG is turning his guns towards the coup plotters. Dems are predictably freaking out and literally calling for Barr to resign before he can effectively tear the democrat party apart just before the election. As I've said, the timing here is going to prove devastating.

When the Obama administration is implicated will it affect Uncle Joe's campaign?

What is that telling? Tell us.

Also tell us what it means to obstruct justice. Use whatever words you like.

Barr is doing a great job at destroying his reputation, that’s it. He is a political hack at this point but that’s what Trump does to people.

As to the summaries, we need to see them. They are Mueller’s team’s own words summarizing the findings. That’s what Mueller wanted as special counsel and he specifically wrote them for the public. Barr standing in the way is denying a critical part of the report from reaching the people.

They’re going to come out one way or another.

Here's the deal----a president cannot obstruct justice because the president IS justice. Thus , he cannot obstruct himself. Furthermore, obstruction of justice if there was such a thing would have to be something unlawful, not something that he is constitutionally allowed to do.

    False.

Anyone can commit the act(s) of obstructing justice. That's what the Mueller investigation sought to determine. If it were not possible for a President to do things that amount to obstruction; then there would be no need to investigate.

The President is not Justice. We have a judicial system ... of courts etc. The President heads the executive branch.

The President is not constitutionally allowed to obstruct justice.

Furthermore, no man is above the law in the U.S. ... ask Nixon.

Mr Trump was constitutionally allowed to fire James Comey, in fact it was recommended by Rod Rosenstein who then saw fit to start an investigation into "collusion".--What an irony--

---ahem----the president of the USA IS the chief law enforcement officer in the land. Thus, the president of the USA IS justice. It is impossible for the president of the USA to obstruct himself. --There is no criminality that can be assigned to any president. --The only avenue that Congreff has is impeachment. ---and he has done nothing wrong.
