Indeed. This was the Jerry Nadler when the talk was about impeaching Clinton: Nadler Argued Against Releasing Full Starr Report https://www.theepochtimes.com/nadler-argued-against-releasing-full-starr-report_2863475.html
This is a waste of time. Lindsey Graham argued to impeach Clinton. Politicians are full of it. If you are looking for your justification one way or another from a politician you’ve failed before you even started.
Richard Nixon: Tried to fire the Watergate Special counsel, after tapes were discovered directly implicating him in a crime. Donald Trump: Let an independent counsel work unimpeded for two years. Special Counsel reported that he was not able to find circumstances that rose to the level of a successfully prosecutable case, despite interviewing hundreds of witnesses and reviewing subpoenaed documents. See if you if you can spot the difference.
Clinton's activities constituted a criminal act- per the finding of the Starr investigative team - for activities that occurred while in office. Not so for Trump. You argument about just looking to other politicians may have some merit for those who are just doing that. But people and prosecutors are certainly entitled to look at differences in facts and activities.
Trump committed criminal acts while in office and those acts are spelled out in Mueller’s report, per ~800 former DOJ prosecutors and officials from every administration going back to Eisenhower.
I see. Mueller identified criminal acts but did not recommend prosecution. And round and round we go. As I said, maybe we need to appoint another special counsel to spend two years looking at the Mueller report.
It's all the rage this week for every lefty and their lefty media to chant the "constitutional crisis" mantra all day now. Complete bullshit. There is absolutely no constitutional crisis in this whatsoever. Congress has access to the courts, even if they have to appoint a special prosecutor just to take this to court because Barr wont prosecute himself. And Barr has perfectly fine/excellent legal defenses on his side for not releasing the whole report. It is not a constitutional crisis, it is just one more frigging legal case and standoff in the never ending parade. When Barr says he will not follow a court order after the case has been heard and appeals exhausted, then that would be a constitutional crisis- not going to happen. Just more histrionic, tampon-centric whining by the tards and their media- and lets face it, their media is just one big PAC for the dem party.
