Peanut Butter is a go to treat for me (the low sugar kind). Might not be paleo but good for Keto due to the fat and protein and fiber make up (again low sugar brands are net 3-4 carbs per 2 tbsp.)
Ok, so here's my starting point guys. It's not pretty but this will at least give you some idea where I'm starting this diet from. And just to recap, this is 177lbs @ 15% bodyfat and I'm 5'9" and 47 years old.
Beyond pretty for your age or even 10 years ago. You are already at a great fitness level you are just choosing to go to a higher level. I am going to use it as my Tinder pic and see who I can catfish...
