Baron, could you tell me what your home BIA scale says presently? I ask because, as you may recall, mine measured me at 18.5% BF, which I found offensive. Since then, I lost a few pounds, and it only gives me 17.5%, and that's on a good day. I haven't yet decided whether I should just use it for weight measurement or throw the damn thing against the wall.
Scales lie, mirrors don't. Well they do kind of, but you know what I mean. I vote throw it against the wall and post the pic.
I took a few selfies this morning, because the light right against the open front door is just right when I look at myself in the hall mirror. However, looking at the camera, I get washed out in light. So I had to step a bit out of the light, which obscures some detail. The picture is not very clear because I had to use the zoom on the cell phone to size it properly. Honest opinion, please. BF%. I don't know which is better or worse, so I posted 3 of the 4 I took. (The one I didn't post is obviously the best one. )
Man... Baron how much weight have u lost?? U look skinny, even ur arms which used to look beefy, slim bodybuilder style, look small. But can t complain about the leaness if that was what you were looking for. If I was to give advice, I would say forget that crap diet, lift heavy weights, jump head first in the fridge and post a new picture once you have put on 50lbs Seriously I can t imagine it to be particularly healthy to try and get even leaner.
