Just run every day for approx 20 min until getting sweat. And another 10-15 min while heavy sweating. Total about 30-45 min run at 70-80% your max running speed. When I get up in the morning, the first thing I do is cardio, so I need a dependable setup that I can easily go to without fail, which I why I have a Cybex Arc Machine in my home gym.
