Yeah but it is worth it to some extent...price wise I mean. And that bag of fries is good as f@#$. I would have skipped the soda and saved more cheat space for more fries haha.

How about a double-bicep shot full frontal?? let's see the peak on the biceps & tricep "hang". get an idea of the lat 'flare' too.
As of the last scan it was 12.9% and the game plan is to get it measured again on Saturday, March 23rd to see where I stand. I will need to come in at 11.5% or lower to be considered on track. Anything higher than that will be totally unacceptable and will require a major adjustment on my part.
