Quite a bit better. That's a 50% reduction in bodyfat, which means it's about 12lbs of unnecessary fat that I don't have to carry around.
Have you heard of 'weighted vests' that trainees don to improve their performance? i have a 20lb vest i use when i run the iditeron
The hormone profile generally improves. That is anabolic horomones such as testosterone increase and cortisol decreases (due to reduced stomach fat). Also means you feel hornier.
Sure, but Baron was already reasonably lean going in. I know that excess fat carries all kinds of consequences, but I'm curious to know if there are incremental anabolic benefits going from Baron's starting point to single digits. I think it's cool what Baron is doing, and I agree with his list of reasons for doing so. I was just curious about No. 7 from an incremental standpoint.
those ten reasons are vague generalizations each of which needs to be examined and scrutinized for meaning. what is the end goal...health & longevity? Or something else? If the former, you must give evidence how moving from 12% to 5% advantages you toward this end.
You've asked what the motivation/end goal is at least a half-dozen times in this thread and I have answered you repeatedly. I have also answered the question regarding the benefit of going from 12% to 5% as well. If you continue to ask the same questions again without acknowledging the answers from myself and others, you'll be banned from this site. This is your first and only warning.
Actually, the opposite. The optimum bodyfat range for anabolic effects is 9% to 15%. Below that, the hormone profile deteriorates.
