Baron's Journey to Single-Digit Bodyfat

  1. Your calculation seems correct to me. If you want to reduce the 3 month period of "cardio suffering" you'd have to do longer cardio sessions each day. Either 3 months at 30 mins/day, or 1.5 months at 1 hour/day.

You probably read that before, but 200mg of test cypionate is equivalent to approx 173mg of Test propionate. 50mg eod should work fine, here Test prop doses of 25 and 50mg per cc are available otc, I'm about to start taking 50mg eod. It would have been more convenient to move to Europe first to start but there it goes anyway...

    Testosterone Base: 100mg
    Testosterone Acetate: 83mg
    Testosterone Propionate : 80mg
    Testosterone Isocaproate: 72mg
    Testosterone Enanthate : 70mg
    Testosterone Cypionate : 69mg
    Testosterone Phenylpropionate: 66mg
    Testosterone Decanoate: 62mg
    Testosterone Undecanoate: 61mg

I agree, he doesn't look good. More like Christian Bale in The machinist, but who knows, maybe the this is what the role needs?

The reason I posted was because the similar age and target body fat. Took him 6 months.

I use an elliptical machine called a Cybex Arc Trainer for most of my cardio. It looks like this...

  8. You know you'll lose muscle too during your descent into lower BF? That muscle loss is worth it to you why? Once you get where you want to be BF, you will stay there and build muscle back? No 'bulking up & cutting' routines anymore?

Yes. I'm aware of that. It's inevitable.

It's worth it me because I don't believe that muscle by itself is the end-all be-all. There are plenty of big guys out there that have way more muscle than I do. And they are way stronger too. But for me, I believe that having less muscle at 8% or 9% bodyfat will end up being a better look for my frame than having more muscle at 15% - 20% bodyfat looks.

No more bulking and cutting. I'm not a professional bodybuilder and have no desire to be. The only thing that I see changing when I get down to the level I want is putting back some starchy carbs in my diet to fill out some.
My only source of carbs right now are whatever small amounts are in the strawberries, blueberries and other raw fruit I have with each meal. I haven't had any rice, bread, pasta or anything like that since I started this diet.

For me, life is not worth it without pasta, rice and bread but on the other hand, I really like cardio and do a lot of it.
