I'm no aware of that..is it circumference at elbow? The wrist and ankle are chosen because least amount of fat deposition to skew the results. On some, you must get real low ankle , but wrist almost never lies
Ok, the concept is same. big width joint begets big width muscle. Your muscle will not get much wider than your joint. You can make it 'higher', not much wider. the bicep demonstrates this nicely.
That's a pretty good wrist for someone your height, at least partially predicts your muscle thickness.
