  1. I'm no aware of that..is it circumference at elbow?

    The wrist and ankle are chosen because least amount of fat deposition to skew the results. On some, you must get real low ankle :), but wrist almost never lies :)

  3. Ok, the concept is same. big width joint begets big width muscle.

    Your muscle will not get much wider than your joint. You can make it 'higher', not much wider.

    the bicep demonstrates this nicely.

    With the measuring tape snug around my wrist, the circumference is 7 1/4".

  6. That's a pretty good wrist for someone your height, at least partially predicts your muscle thickness.

  10. Ok, that's an adequate hand but I suppose we can rule out the NFL for you.

    Are your thighs proportionate to your upper body. I ask because you always post from waist up?
