That's correct. Currently, I'm eating 3 meals and 2 snacks per day, and that's spread out over 12 hours.

  2. I don't think you can sweat out toxins.

    :D

I'm still doing a 14-hour "fast," which is a lot more user friendly if not quite as disciplined.

Baron, how long were you doing the IF, and did you see no benefit at all from doing so, or just not enough to bother continuing?

I did it for a couple of years starting around June of 2015, and like everything else, I noticed some results at first but within a few months, it just seemed like my body completely adapted to the eating pattern and a new plateau formed. I kept at it for quite a while but just never seemed to be getting closer to my goals.

  5. ya, release the toxins out of your fats cells quarantine back into the system so it can get a double dose of whammy? yep, i can see the rationale behind that :)

That's true in the short term but I'd rather have it released into the bloodstream so it can get filtered out by the liver and kidneys instead of sitting there stagnant in fat cells for decades.

  8. You think they are quarantined in your fat never to leak into your body? So having them released to be filtered out of your blood is a bad thing. Sometimes you are mixing in looney comments with your detailed commentary that makes one question the foundation of your knowledge.

I think you have 2x as many posts as Baron on HIS thread. Start your own and you can pollute it with logorrhea.

Baron, I think you need to put all this to some sort of use, go in for a triathlon or something. Without sounding condescending, it all seems pointless if there's no kinda fulfilment at the end of it. The human body doesn't change that much over time, but it's amazing what some people have done with their own bodies in the name of sport. Read page 98 of Dempseys book, his 1920s diet didn't comprise of anything fancy but he still managed to beat the shit outta Willard...who was four stone heavier (and not carrying a lot of fat)

You only live once dude! Go for it!
