The more I thought about this, the less it made sense, concerning crypto. By its history it makes a 70+% dump in every 2-3 years on average. So it makes way more sense to pay 40% taxes on your gains occasionally than letting it fall back by more than half. But what do I know, I am not a billionaire? But Peter Thiel is and that is what he did. His fund cashed out by last March (see separate thread) after holding different cryptos for 8 years. Since he is still bullish on crypto, I assume he is buying now, when it is low... Also, if you never plan to sell, what is the point of this journal???

Really? A cultist is talking about facts? The only fact that matters in this journal is that Baron's DCAing is still down about 50%. Everything else is noise and entertainment.
