Nonsense, Publisher and co were not banned for saying "fucking jews", no one would and no one would complain about it. They were banned for posting dozens of antisemitic conspiracy threads every single day turning this site into a de-facto mirror site of kkk.com. Very few websites or political blogs would tolerate this kind of hijacking, they would be banned equally fast on dailykos/mydd and freerepublic/redstate and there is no reason why they should be tolerated in the political section of ET either. If anything Baron was too patient for too long. PS I don't see dozens of new threads every day bashing and demonizing muslims, chrisitans or hindus, until Publisher was banned I saw dozens of new threads every day demonizing jews though. Ahhh... when 1 out of every 3 threads started in the P&R forum are by the same guy (idiot) it is hard to ignore the fact the the guy (idiot) was taking up too much forum space. Other threads with more intelligent content were falling back to page 2,3,4... Why should this person be able to hog the P&R forum? With the same stupid message over and over and over and over... For what it's worth: You can question and disagree with history and I for one often do...But when you start saying those F_ing this or that...your asking for trouble....However, I must admit that I have seen Muslims trounced up and down here like they were farm animals without a scant of protest....In fact, nearly every debate about GOD...ends up with Christian bashing and no other religious groups targeted or questioned...The "is there a god threads" go on for 500 pages yet at almost no point in time are the Jewish beliefs ever cited nor are they ever ridiculed in the manner Christians are......Do i believe there was a Holocaust? Of course...any RATIONALE man would see the pictures and the films and the mass graves and be horrified....however, do I believe the Jewish people should be held more accountable for their role in the Holocaust? Yes...Any RATIONALE man watching film of people being herded like cattle toward their own death would question the path of least resistance and the shocking films of naked Jews with their children standing over a trench waiting to be shot in the back of the head while German soldiers re-loaded is even more disturbing. If we are to constantly explore the Holocaust....we must always ask why certain things happened from more then one perspective.....this is how you prevent history from repeating itself....even though it constantly does across the world
