anyone heard of Barkley Trading aka Etrade professional operating in toronto/new york? they apparently provide buying power, 2$ round trip trades and you put up $3000 risk capital sounds too good to be true. advice? also, if you sign on for the etrade professional package with a margin agreement and power of attorney for barkley - are you liable for their margin if company tanks or does something (intentional or not) thanks
