Hey, dumbass, I live on the Upper East Side in Manhattan. Yeah, I'm such a redneck. The reason I don't see you "in my circles" is because you can't afford to live where I do. Once again, you show your ignorance.
Unfortunately, only enough to pay your mommy to lick my balls daily. Yeah, it was only a few dollars. What can I say, your mother is a VERY cheap date. On the plus side, she is always willing to go beyond the call of duty and do more than what she gets paid for. Never seen a chick so willing to lick an assh*le. It's like that's what she was born to do.
Re: interest rates, I was talking about serving the debt. Higher rates would accelerate the day of reckoning. Ultra-low rates havr allowed us to reach debt levels we wouldn't have imagined in the past. As for consumers, I agree; there would be winners and losers.
I've been very fortunate throughout my life, for which I am grateful. What little I have accomplished is largely the result of the help and support of others. I've been very well compensated for doing what I loved to do, and I am eternally grateful for all those who made that possible.
Servicing the debt is obviously a huge concern and I suppose that is why one can forget about deflation. The Fed will obviously do whatever it takes to assure that we will not have to pay on debt with dollars worth more in buying power than the dollars borrowed! Low rates go hand in hand with the Fed's purchase of Treasuries. They can't do this forever, though they could try, but they can do it for a very long time.
Well, maybe if you had to compete for your paycheck like I have, you'd realize that other people really don't give a right good shit about whether or not you're grateful for what you get in life. Don't come to the big city, is what I'm trying to say. Your feelings might get hurt.
