That "tax cuts for the rich" ship sailed long ago when even Obama admitted that they were tax cuts for all incomes when he kept them in place. You're not only "not too bright", "dim" would be a step up for you. Hell, "total lunar eclipse at midnight" would be a step up for you.

Then, you can raise taxes on the rich to your little heart's content.
