When did idiots think they can borrow money on the value of the companies stock price?

When did banks started to lend money to inflated home prices with no downpayment.

When did market manipulation of oil/commodity markets became legal?

Why doesntt SEC audit the bank records of all brokers (only 100 brokers) if they had any cash versus client statements.

Because the SEC is owned by Wallstreet, just like the Treasury.

  3. So when does the SEC get restructured? Oh wait...it doesn't. Congress is too busy washing its hands of dirty senators from ILLinois before the next election. Chris Cox must think hes doing a bang up job.
