Do you sometimes feel a little lighter after standing near a Bank Employee?

this guy works in Special Assets Group for BAC in Boston. Three of his managers thought it was cool for him to keep working!

BEVERLY — A 51-year-old Beverly man has been charged with indecent assault and battery after he allegedly groped a member of the MBTA Transit Police's "anti-groping" unit on the Blue Line in East Boston.

Jeffrey David Nichols, 51, of Landers Road was arraigned yesterday in Boston Municipal Court. He was released without bail and ordered to stay off the MBTA while his case is pending, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office. He is due back in court Feb. 19.

Nichols was arrested by MBTA police on Friday at 8:45 a.m. at the State Street Station. He was charged with indecently assaulting a plainclothes Transit Police detective.

The Transit Police's anti-groping unit had been dispatched to the Blue Line after information was received from an MBTA customer, according to the MBTA.

Incidents of indecent assault on the T rose from 44 in 2007 to 69 last year, according to the MBTA. MBTA officials attributed the increase to the launch of an anti-sexual harrassment campaign that urged passengers to call police if they are inappropriately touched.

Obviously Jeffery David Nicholos is a pervert asshole, but may I ask you how in the world the fact that he is a pervert has anything to do with Bank of America? If all of us who owned a business were to be held to account for the stupidity of our employee's there would not be any large business left in America. So again, while we can all appriciate the fact that this guy is a jerk and be happy he was arrested, what does Bank of America have to do with this?

PS. Just as a note to everyone who think's it's ok to trash people and business on the Internet simply because you hide out behind an assumed name, think again. A lot of locations in America have CRIMINAL LIABLE charges on the books, and DA's are starting, in certain cases, to bring CRIMINAL, not CIVIL charges against flammers and trolls on the Internet who think it's fine to spread lies about honest business people.
