yea get rid of the Fed...imagine how great things would be if Bush was printing the money supply.....
Yes, a privately owned central bank is necessary, and Thomas Jefferson, Ron Paul, Jim Rogers, and Milton Friedman are imbeciles, among others (many others), while Landis is a genius who knows all. http://hubpages.com/hub/Milton_Friedman_on_the_Central_Federal_Reserve_Bank â"...One unsolved economic problem of the day is how to get rid of the Federal Reserve..." -- Milton Friedman, Nobel Prize winning economist, January 1996 in a National Public Radio interview Couldn't say it better than Rogers, so I won't try:
Why don't you simply leave the capital market system and convert cash/investments into gold ? You can even make "interest" on your gold by leasing it out. http://66.38.218.33/charts/g_leaserates.html
Exactly well said indeed. Why should the fed provide tax payer money to Wall Street gamblers who are not regulated and have no deposits. Depositary institutions that are regulated under the banking system, I have no problem with the fed providing them with capital. But not to Wall Street investment banks the biggest bunch of crooks that ever walked the face of the earth. Why should the tax payers help them out all they do is screw everyone.
