Ban Short Selling !

  1. Whenever the market trends down some people such as the OP get all bent out of shape. Markets move up and markets move down. There are some people who are smart enough to take advantage of both conditions, if you are not one of them just shut your mouth.

  2. Oh give me a break!

Instead of complaining why don't you learn how to do it yourself?

It's not hard and can be very lucrative for you.

Furthermore, this sort of thing is done in the mail-order industry all the time. It called DROP SHIPPING -- totally legal.

Drop Shipping occurs when the seller of an item sells an item he does not own or have in his possession. He get the money from the customer, keeps part of it for himself, and fowards the order and the remaining money to cover the cost of the item(including shipping) to the entity (manufacturer or shipper) who actual has possession of the item. This entity, in turn, ships the merchandise to the paying customer. It's done by Ebay sellers all the time.

    So get a grip!

  4. day 7793, still whining?

At least you're a realist. Yes, if I write to the Fed, it will probably help the anti-shorting cause. We can probably get this thing done, right?

    Right, day7793?
