Hi Is it possible to trade contracts,/Futures in the Baltic dry index, or other tank indexes/Rates?? Tank rates have a VERY high level of Volatility. thanks for any comments/info

It's possible that the freight rates correlate strongly to the CRB index and crude oil. You're probably better off trading those instead as a proxy.
If you don't mind trading stocks. You can trade DRYS or EXM, these are pretty much following tanker rates.
