Chile is kicking the shit out of all of South America, and there is an even greater discrepancy when comparing Chile to Venzuela, or Cuba, so in venezuela there is less of a discrepancy between rich and poor but everyone is poor...... sounds like the perfectt example of a socialist paradise to me.
