I am using Datek/Ameritrade to trade oex calls and puts. I was long an OEX APR 460 CALL over the weekend on Monday , I tried to get out around 10:00 AM and I got the following error, (Which I have never seen before in my previous trades) telling me that trading has been halted in the underlying. Still getting the error 24hrs later. I finally got out by placing a manual trade with the broker, my account still has not been updated online though. Have any of you experienced this situation with other option brokers? Any Datek/Americatrade option traders out there, After talking with Ameritrade Customer Service I get the impression I am the only one doing this. Just wondering if this is specifically Ameritrade problem or a problem farther down the line. Considering switching to OptionsXpress. Thanks for any feedback LRM
