    Remember the days of the mounting "Fails to deliver" which ran in the billions.

    Rooms filled with Securities, piled up high. Others never getting to where they need to go. Outright theft of securities,lax employees throwing away some etc.. Four day trading weeks.

    So for the complainers, hey at least you get securities delivered to your account in a timely manner, back in the day you might just get an empty box with a brick inside for your troubles.
