Buy BAC A Warrants. 3x leverage baby. I have a huge position on this for the long haul. Triple bottom.
My neighbor bought 60,000 shares when it was at 8. He's much wealthier than I, so even though I didn't like the stock I didn't say a word about it. Last weekend I just casually brought it up to him and said I don't like the stock, it just keeps dropping. He still wants to hold on. It won't break him even if it goes to 0, but I still don't understand. I've got a half a mind to tell him he should dump it, but with my net worth a fraction of his he might snort at my opinion.
Buy when everybody is a bear, sell when everyone is bull.Wrote jan 12 strike 6 calls @.40.now my average price will be below 5,or will make .40x90k =36 k payday by jan 12.Is that make any sense.
Buffet always wins. Dont let the "awww shucks" act fool you, that dude is a shark. BAC 7.20 premarket.
I've been experimenting with a strategy that fades stocks that run up before earnings for whatever reason and then beat earnings and run up further. Hence I'm going to short bofa at open.
My neighbor has 60,000 shares of BAC at a little over 8. I really want to tell him to sell into this rally and get the hell away from it, but he's much wealthier than I am so i would be out of place to say it. I'm going to call him Monday and mention the rally to see what his plans are.
your neighbor is not that wrong I been looking at BAC too. Options have been disproportionate on the call side since the turn of the year also look further out into the leaps. its pricing a 10-12 range by year end.
What a difference a year makes, if anyone needs proof that the market is not efficient just take a look at this one. The most heavily traded stock day in and day out appreciating 100+% in a year. Thank you Mr. Market.
