Not to mention decuiding to cash out their home equity that they have come to rely on to fund a large part if not all of their retirement sooner rather than later if they see the housing market not getting any better. Prices have come down but I still see a great deal of supply just waiting to come to market hopng prices will start to recover and very little demand for it to sell to because of tighter mortgage retrictions, higher down payments, people having less disposable income and everyone who was going to buy has bought for the most part.

The war in iraq has contributed to the economic boom seen since 2003 when the war began because it contributed to a fallign dollar and increased profits for multinationals and defense companies. The markets have surged nearly 70% from the lows. The subprime and mortgage 'crisis' hashad a tiny impact on the overallt economy. Great time to ignore the doom and gloom and buy stocks.
I find it hard to blame the little guy. He is blindsided by a shitty educational system designed to dumb him down and train him in socialism and the food supply has less and less nutrition every decade starting after WW2. He can pull himself up by the bootstraps by studying things on his own but few realize there is anything wrong......

There's nothing wrong with socialism? That one made me laugh for a good long while. I enjoyed it. Other than an out of control unemployment rate and ever increasing taxes that only burden the economy more, its great. Economics 101, nothing is free.
