When I attempt to trade through the TWS level 2, I click on a price. Usually an order entry line will show up in the level 2 window. But sometimes an order ticket popup window will show up instead. And it shows up right on top of my level 2 window, so I can't see what's going on there. I even chose the option of keeping the level 2 window on top, but that doesn't help. Does anyone know how to avoid getting the order ticket popup window? I contacted support, and they couldn't even duplicate my problem.
