I've noticed a lot of new traders and experienced traders who are either looking to join their first firm or move to a new one, ask the same question, "What is their pay structure?" Rather it's Assent, Bright, Echo etc, everyone wants to know what the ground level deal that most of these places hand out, Can we get one thread going, with the starting comm. structure that prop firms payout, Thanks
