  2. Our Leftist posters on ET are beautiful. You guys see the trees, but not the forest. Another example was Slartibartfast's post concerning his online IQ test. He was kind of bragging about his 130ish IQ score. To his credit he did mention he has been out of school for a while now. The important questions Slartbartfast missed were not on the IQ test itself but were still relevant to the test. They were: Why would some ever take an online IQ test? What sort of intellectual depth does someone have by placing weight on a IQ test that only uses vocabulary? The lack of granularity in the potential test results was another clue that Slartibartfast missed concerning its credibility. Reading comprehension and problem solving are better measures of one's intelligence anyway.

The big Kuhuna you guys miss is the media. More on that after the elections.

  5. The key phrase is "verdicts and SETTLEMENTS". Many times businesses and politicians for that matter, will seek to reduce risk by settling a case, even a strong case, out of court for a known amount versus taking on an undefined risk. Cases tried and won is a key metric in determining the true effectiveness of an attorney versus his peers. Busy ambulance chasing lawyers do not garner respect solely over settlements accumulated.

In chess, sometimes the best move is the silent one. A silent move is one that does not involve a check or a capture. It is usually positionally based. Famous games in chess have been resigned after an effective silent move. The Democrats need to resign their present course to remain relevant in US politics. Trump and his allies are playing their game well; their opponents are not. At least among independent swing voters in my opinion. We will see the result in the Midterms and maybe beyond.

Donny ready to take another L in his "countersuit". Avenatti sets the snare, Donny walks right into it.

Puleeze, Avenatti is hanging on by a thread. His law firm is in bankruptcy and he can't take a dime of earnings until it's paid off, he's recently divorced and now losing critical cases.

He is circling the drain, knows it and is using Ms. Daniels to try and remain relevant.
