At this link, at end of first page: http://www.nyse.com/pdfs/fact_sheet_nyse_open_close.pdf It says "Securities without crossing interest will automatically post an opening quote" So, does DMM fixes the opening quote here again or is that also automatic? Any links in NYU rule book which can explain this better will be appreciated.
