Your user name is "tradestation" does that imply you want it programmed in easy language to run on tradestation? Some more specifics will help. Otherwise, you could find tradestation developers in the tradestation forums or recommended by the tradestation company themselves, right? I know a developer who has been building strategies for people for years. He is a member of TickZOOM and uses the TickZOOM platform now for his clients. An Interactive Brokers account and a free/cheap copy of Visual Studio/VB6/C#/etc is all you need. IB has a free, open and easy to use trading API. Bang out some code in Studio, connect to IB TWS and you got a trading system! It's free, but...it may take a little of your time...
