  1. I think a part of confusion is what people mean when talking about HFT. If you talk about the lowest latency HFT then you talk about FPGA servers glued to the side of exchanges with latencies in micro- or nanoseconds. But some use the term HFT more loosely to mean "positions hold for few seconds", which you could do on your laptop over wifi, while the former is totally a different ball game.

  2. I get why people are curious about those HFT bots – it's a fascinating blend of tech and finance. Here's my take: I think presenting results in a clear, concise format like a daily report with key metrics (profit, drawdown, etc.) would be great. Comparing up to 6 bots visually on a bar diagram sounds perfect. For analytics, focusing on daily profit, drawdown, trade details, and maybe comparing individual bot performance against the group average could provide valuable insights.
