auto shut off -TWS

Does anyone know how to disable the autoshut off feature of IB's TWS? Would using a value of 00 hours do it?

It's not possible to disable the auto logoff. Many of us use IBController or TWSstart to restart our TWS for us automatically after the nightly IB downtime.

Does anyone have any updated advice on how to either disable the TWS auto-logout, or perform an automatic log-in?

I use IB Controller, but not sure how that could effect an automatic login...

Well, assuming you don't have to use a security device, you could just put the IB Controller batch file in a Windows scheduled task to automatically log in.
