Right - they are collaborating with academia which is what government does in most areas including defense. My question is not about the program cuts, my question is why are they acknowledging these 'theories' on NASA and EPA websites if they are false? Why not simply remove them? It has been months to clean house, why the delay.
The new NASA administrators are no in place yet. The temporary office holders are not taking any action in the interim - just like all government agencies.
