  3. Duckling, glad to see your initial posts as a new member here were just for me... I'm truly flattered!

If that specific approach is working for you, please don't change a thing. Hope you get two more +6pt trades tomorrow. There were at least three if not four +5pt ER moves signaled today, and I did a miserable job of managing my own ER trades. But... that's life in the trenches. Sometimes we wiggle when the markets waggle, sometimes we catch 'em all :)

  5. Duckling, Nick... I was in bed early last night after an exhausting day. Will reply when time permits... I can only do so many tasks at once.

Duckling, if you have the correct videos, I assume you are a client in good standing. Would be happy to visit with you by phone any time... just shoot me an email and I'll give you a call.

    Good Trading!
    Austin

  7. AustinP,

A trade consists of 2 actions ; entry AND
    exit.

If you leave out the exit strategy, it's
    worthless.

  8. Dear Nick,

I'm sorry I missed answering your PM... will do so midday today when I have enough time to do it proper justice.

Also, I DO NOT teach systematic trading. What I use works for clients of many different chart types and styles. There is no "correct" exit on a trade for everyone across the board... that is a complete fallacy!

Right now, this minute I am long ER from 731.20 w/ price action 733.80 and long ES 1325.00 = price 1325.50

What should I do? A lot of traders would have covered long ago. I'm holding for greater potential gains. Which of us is right? All of us... if we manage our trades the same, over and over again.

    See you in PM midday,
    Austin

  9. Duckling, I'll share those exit strategies per my method with you verbatim. Please give me your phone # and I'll call midday or later this evening, take your pick.

Now long ER 732.50 = stop at par, price 734.4
Now long ES 1325.25 = stop at par, price 1326.50

What would you do if you were me? How would you manage these trades? :p

  10. Hmmm. 33 pages. Have you guys hammered out the details of the contest yet? If so, what are they? If not, then it looks like you guys are going to keep revving your engines until you run out of gas. But all that roaring horsepower sure sounds impressive...
    :D
