Hi Looking for some tech assistance-------a few days ago I lost sound for all video-----youtube, espn, Netflix etc I've run virus scans, uninstall/re-install flashplayer I had made no changes/downloads prior to the problem although my kids do use the system for some games and not really sure what they may have downloaded. Win. media player works fine, I can listen to music---no problem with sound for all other applications I'm kinda baffled... Any suggestions??
